How to return an order

Select from hundreds of local stores such as pharmacies, convenience stores and news agencies to return your order, open weekends and after hours for your convenience. You also can book a courier to collect your parcel from your door Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

  1. Fill in the appropriate fields in the Return Form as received on delivery
  2. Click here to book your return.
  3. Select your preferred returns method
  4. Complete the form online
  5. Print the provided shipping label and attach to box
  6. Drop parcel at selected location

Please note:
You can return any item within 21 days of purchase if the item is unused with the original tags still attached.
Ensure the product is returned in its original Sandler box and packaging. Make sure to enclose the Sandler receipt received with the goods.

*All items need to be returned to us unmarked, without signs of wear and tear, and in their original, undamaged packaging. For all footwear, please ensure to try them on somewhere they won’t get marked or damaged. If the returned item shows sign of damage or wear we have the right to decline a refund. In this unlikely event we will notify you by email and return the goods back to you.** Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns. Sandler recommends sending return parcels via registered post as we are not liable if your return is not received.** * Any refunds will be made in the same way as you originally paid and will be processed against the original credit cardholder details.
