Tell me more about your shipping policy?
Sandler offers free shipping for all orders over $99 within Australia. A $10 flat rate charge will apply for all orders under $99 within Australia. Depending on the delivery destination, the delivery can take between 2-6 business days. Please note that we cannot guarantee for Australia Post Delivery timeframes. 
What payment types do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards ( including Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Paypal, and Afterpay
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
At Sandler, we take the protection of personal data from our customers very serious. Credit card information collected for the purpose of payment of products purchased at Sandler will be handled by SecurePay. SecurePay is a business of Australia Post. SecurePay is committed to data security and uses a variety of technologies and procedures to help protect personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. How do I use my voucher / coupon code?
Please enter your voucher / coupon code at checkout. Please check that your purchase meets the Terms & Conditions. After placing an order - what's next?
You will receive an order confirmation email within 30minutes if your transaction has been successful. If you have not received your order confirmation email, check your email junk or spam folder. How to return / exchange an order?
We are happy to offer you a full refund or exchange of your purchase less the cost of shipping as long it is returned within 21 days of receiving, providing the goods are returned with the purchase receipt, in an unworn condition and in their original Sandler box. If you need to exchange your purchase for another size fill in the appropriate fields in the Returns Form as received on delivery. We will send the new size back to you with no additional charges however the cost to return the goods to Sandler is on you. Please note that we do not accept any returns / exchanges in any of our stores. How long will it take to process my return?
Please allow 3-5 business days to process a refund / exchange from the day when the return was received by us. We will send you an email notification once we have processed your refund or despatched your new exchanged pair. 
I received an incorrect item
If you have received an incorrect item, or an item that is damaged or faulty please contact us immediately Contact Us
Can I cancel my order?
We aim to process and pack your order as fast as possible. Your order can only be changed as long as your order has not been shipped. Once your order has left our warehouse, we are unable to request the parcel back and you will be required to send the pair back to us at your own cost. To change your order Contact Us
