At Sandler, we aim to deliver within 3-4 business days of placing your order almost anywhere in Australia. Standard delivery orders are shipped by Australia Post. Please note that standard delivery may take longer in certain rural areas and Western Australia.
Upon placing your order an automated confirmation email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your order. A subsequent email detailing your tracking number will be sent once the goods are dispatched.

If the goods are being delivered to your home, please ensure someone is at home who can sign for the delivery. We recommend your work or other suitable daytime address to ensure someone is available to accept your order.
PO Box delivery addresses are welcome.
If no one is present to accept delivery, your purchase will be taken back to the local post office, a notification card will be left.
Please make sure you collect your purchase within 4-5 business days, after that they will be returned to us and will have to be re-ordered.

At Sandler, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however we understand some items are not always suitable. Our returns policy has been designed to make dealing with Sandler as easy as possible.
We are happy to offer you a full refund or exchange of your purchase less the cost of shipping as long it is returned within 21 days of receiving, providing the goods are returned with the purchase receipt, in an unworn condition and in their original Sandler box.
If you need to exchange your purchase for another size fill in the appropriate fields in the Returns Form as received on delivery. We will send the new size back to you with no additional charges however the cost to return the goods to Sandler is on you.
Please note that we do not accept any returns / exchanges in any of our stores. All online orders can only be returned to our Online Returns Centre.
Worn merchandise cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault. In case of a manufacturing fault, you are required to send back the faulty goods for assessment at your own cost. The return cost will be refunded to you if a manufacturing fault has been confirmed. Please note, that our company policy is that we will only accept for assessment goods up to four (4) seasons old eg: (2 summers, 2 winters), 2 years. Goods past this period will not be accepted for any reason because of problems with deterioration.
Faulty Goods: We will provide you with a refund or exchange where goods are deemed faulty, wrongly described, different from the style shown or do not do what they are supposed to do. Please contact us as soon as possible if this applies to your order.
How to return an order:
1. Fill in the appropriate fields in the Return Form as received on delivery
2. Place the return into the original shipping box as received or in a postage satchel
3. Any carrier is accepted to return the goods however we recommend sending returns parcels via registered post as we are not liable if your return is not received.

5. We will notify you once the return has been processed. Please note that a return can take up to 10 business days to be processed. This covers the time for your parcel to safely reach us and for your refund or exchange to be completed.Please note:

*All items need to be returned to us unmarked, without signs of wear and tear, and in their original, undamaged packaging. For all footwear, please ensure to try them on somewhere they won’t get marked or damaged. If the returned item shows sign of damage or wear we have the right to decline a refund. In this unlikely event we will notify you by email and return the goods back to you. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns. Sandler recommends sending return parcels via registered post as we are not liable if your return is not received. Any refunds will be made in the same way as you originally paid and will be processed against the original credit cardholder details.
