ONLINE DELIVERY POLICY
Order before midday and your purchase will be dispatched the same business day.
At Sandler, we aim to deliver within 3-4 business days of placing your order almost anywhere in Australia. Standard delivery orders are shipped by Australia Post. Please note that standard delivery may take longer in certain rural areas and Western Australia.
Upon placing your order an automated confirmation email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your order. A subsequent email detailing your tracking number will be sent once the goods are dispatched.

If the goods are being delivered to your home, please ensure someone is at home who can sign for the delivery. We recommend your work or other suitable daytime address to ensure someone is available to accept your order.
PO Box delivery addresses are welcome.
If no one is present to accept delivery, your purchase will be taken back to the local post office, a notification card will be left.
Please make sure you collect your purchase within 4-5 business days, after that they will be returned to us and will have to be re-ordered.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We are happy to offer you a full refund (less shipping) or exchange subject to the below conditions.
- Item must be returned (at the customer's expense) within 21 days of receiving
- Goods must be returned with proof of purchase
- Goods must be unworn and in their original packaging
- If an exchange is requested, the new item will be sent out at no additional cost to the customer. Please note, we are unable to hold items for exchange.
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges in any of our stores. We apologise for the inconvenience.

FAULTY RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Every Sandler shoe is covered by our 2 year manufacturing warranty. In the unlikely event you believe your purchase is faulty, wrongly described or not fit for purpose within 2 years of purchase, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for it to be sent to our Assessment Centre. If the shoe is deemed to be faulty, wrongly described or not fit for purpose you will be offered a refund or exchange on your purchase and our sincere apologies.
PLEASE NOTE: We are only able to assess shoes up to 2 years old. Goods purchased more than two years ago cannot be accepted due to wear and tear.

Please note that during Sale periods we may not offer Express Shipping. There will be no Express Shipping option available to select at checkout if this service is not available at the time.

Express Post covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only. If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, we'll use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by the next day guarantee.
