How do I log into my account? 

If you already have an account with us, you can click on the icon of a person on the top right of the screen on desktop, or on mobile, click on the menu and click on ‘Log in/Sign up’ on the top left hand corner of the menu. Then enter your email address and password and press ‘LOG IN’.

I can't log into the website, what can I do? 

Because of our new website launch in May 2020, all of our customers will need to reactivate their accounts. This is to ensure your privacy and account security. Just head to our Create Account page and fill out the form. All your order history and account info will be there waiting for you!

How do I reset my password?

If you click on ‘Forgot your password?’ underneath ‘LOG IN’, you will be taken to a page to enter your email address. Once completed, click ‘SUBMIT’ and you will be sent an email to reset your password.

If you don’t receive the email, it’s possible you don’t already have an account with us. Just press “CREATE ACCOUNT” on the login page. If the website says your email is already in use, please get in touch and we will sort this out for you!
