My Order

Can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, at this stage we are unable to cancel or change orders after they’ve been placed. We recommend waiting to receive your order to initiate a return. Sorry!

What if I placed an order online but I haven't recieved a confirmation email?

It can take up to 30 minutes for your confirmation email to arrive in your inbox. If it still isn’t there after 30 minutes, please check your junk folder. If it’s not there either, please get in touch so we can take a look.

How do I add an item to my bag?

Browse through our categories and click on the product image of the shoe you’re after. This will load a product description page that shows you the different sizes and colours available in that style. Make your colour selection by pressing the colour dropdown box and clicking on your chosen colour. Then, click on the size you need. If the size is greyed out or doesn’t let you click it, unfortunately it means that size is sold out. Once you have selected colour and size, press ‘ADD TO BAG’.

If you find that the size you are after is out of stock, just click on ‘Request a restock’ underneath ‘ADD TO BAG’, select the size you want, enter your email address and click ‘REQUEST RESTOCK’. You will be notified by email when this size is available to purchase.

How do I view and edit my bag?

On a desktop or mobile, you can view your bag by clicking on the 'My bag' icon in the very top right corner of your screen at any time.

You can delete an item in your bag by clicking on the 'Remove' bin icon directly below the product you wish to delete, or you can edit the quantity you’d like by changing the number or clicking either the '+' or '-' buttons in the QTY box.

Note: if you’d like to change the colour of an item in your cart, it’s best to remove the old item from your card and re-add the new colour.

How do I add a promotion or discount code?

You can add a promotion or discount code at checkout. When you’re in your bag, click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” and enter the discount code by typing in the space provided on the right hand side of your checkout screen. Once the code is typed in, make sure to click 'Apply'.

If your code isn’t working, have a read through the terms and conditions related to that code to make sure your cart applies. Be sure to check things like expiry date, minimum spend, and qualifying product type, and if in doubt, please contact us so we can help.

What if I don't want to create an account? 

That’s not a problem! You can check out as a guest. Just enter your email address and shipping information at checkout without logging in beforehand. This means that you will not be able to see your previous purchases in your account, and will have to fill out all of your details.
