HOW TO ORDER ONLINE

ADDING ITEMS TO YOUR CART
When browsing through our website click on a product image for more detailed information. On most items, you have a size and/or colour options. Please make your colour selection from the dropdown and select your size on the size grid and click the 'ADD TO CART' button.
If a specific size is sold out the size is greyed out with a 'SOLD OUT' message.
If the specific colour is currently out of stock, the 'ADD TO CART' button is replaced with a 'NOTIFY ME OF STOCK' button. If you click the button and log into / create your account, you can receive an automated email notifying you when the style becomes available again.
VIEWING YOUR CART
You can review the items in your cart at any time by clicking the cart button on the top left on any page throughout the website.
AMEND THE QUANTITY IN YOUR CART
Change the number in the 'QTY' box
Click the 'UPDATE' button
The cart will update your order
DELETE AN ITEM FROM YOUR CART
Click the 'X' next to the item you wish to remove.
When you are happy with your selections, click the 'checkout' button and complete your contact, delivery and payment details.
ADDING A PROMO CODE
There are a 2 points where you can enter your promo code if you have one.
AT CART SUMMARY
Enter Cart Summary by clicking the cart button on the top left on any page throughout the website. Click the 'VIEW CART & CHECKOUT' button and select the little arrow dropdown next to 'APPLY PROMO CODES & GIFT VOUCHERS'. Enter your code and click 'APPLY'
Before you select your payment option enter your promo code into the 'PROMOTIONAL CODE' field and click 'APPLY'
Please note Terms and Conditions may apply to your promo code. If you are trying to use your 15% Off VIP voucher please note that there is a minimum spend of $89. No promo code can be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any other promo codes.
LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT
If you have created an account please enter your email address and you will be prompted to enter your password and follow the steps to checkout.
If you haven’t created an account previous please just follow the steps to checkout. You can create an account at a later stage if required.
Please note: If you have ordered in the past from us and have not created an account, you will not be able to log in or retrieve your password as you do not have an account. You may don’t have an account set up even if you have subscribed to our newsletter and receive our VIP emails.
ENTER YOUR BILLING AND SHIPPING DETAILS
You will need to enter your contact and delivery details. Once you have completed all the fields marked with an asterisk (*), please select the 'CONTINUE' button. Please make sure your email address and phone number are correct.
Please select your Delivery Options and select the 'CONTINUE' button.
PAYMENT OPTIONS (SECURE AREA)
Please select your payment options.You will notice the security lock in your browser. The security lock ensures your order & payment details are encrypted and remain secure over the internet.
Please enter your credit card details and select the 'COMPLETE ORDER' button. If you select PayPal you will be directed to the Paypal log in page.
Once we receive your order, we will send you an email which includes a copy of your order.

HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER
Once your order is despatch, you will receive an automated tracking email by Australia Post. This email will allow you to track your order. You are also able to authorise delivery without signature and to change the delivery address by clicking on the 'Safe Drop' link on the email.
