Orders placed before 12pm each business day will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends will be dispatched the following business day. Our distribution centre is located in Sydney, and is closed on weekends and public holidays.

Please be advised that orders placed during sale and promotional periods may incur a slight delay. We will update you on the progress of your order.

If the goods are being delivered to your home, please ensure someone is at home who can sign for the delivery. We recommend your work or other suitable daytime address to ensure someone is available to accept your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to New Zealand for a flat rate of $15 AUD.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping notification via email (please keep an eye on your Junk/Spam Folder for this). This will include a link to track your order, or you can use your tracking number in the email here >

Can I change the address on my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to change your address. So sorry about this!

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Australia Post (please keep an eye on your Junk/Spam Folder for this) that includes your order’s tracking information.

You will be able to arrange a re-direct directly with Australia Post so that they can change your address for you.

Do I get confirmation to show that my order is being delivered?

Upon placing your order, an automated confirmation email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your order.

Once we’ve shipped your order, a subsequent email that includes your tracking number will be sent.

Please make sure to check your jun/spam folder for these emails.

Can I have my order order delivered to a PO BOX?

Absolutely! PO Box delivery addresses are welcome. Please make sure you collect your purchase within 4-5 business days, after that they will be returned to us and will have to be re-ordered.
